Who is behind TechBuddy
A team from DataSentics that has delivered data and AI projects for companies in Europe since 2016.
Experience from large companies
TechBuddy builds on ten years of DataSentics work on data and AI projects for large companies. Over that time we have helped many of them move these technologies from pilots into everyday operation.
More than 40 AI projects delivered

A solution for mid-sized companies
Small and mid-sized companies face problems similar to those of large corporations: knowledge split across many sources, slow searches for information and slow onboarding of new staff. But they need a solution that is simpler, faster to deploy and costs less.
Practical use
That is why we are building TechBuddy as a finished product for technical support and service. It answers from company documentation, cites a source for every answer, and its usage is visible in the reports.

From DataSentics to TechBuddy
TechBuddy is backed by a team that has spent ten years building data and AI solutions for large European companies, and by the Bull group, which builds supercomputers for AI in Europe.

- April 2026Our story
DataSentics is part of the Bull group
The renaming was completed on 1 April 2026. TechBuddy is now part of a group that builds BullSequana supercomputers in Angers, France.

Focus on where data is stored
When choosing AI tools, companies increasingly ask where their data is stored and what hardware runs the computations. TechBuddy therefore offers three options: an EU cloud, your own cloud, or a separate installation on BullSequana AI in your server room.
