The price comes down to three things: how many people will use TechBuddy, how much documentation we process, and which systems we connect. Is there an implementation fee?
No. We include pilot setup and onboarding in the subscription. You pay only after you decide to scale beyond the pilot.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes — most customers start with a one-month pilot on a subset of data and users. If it works, we scale to full deployment in the second month.
What happens if we exceed query or page limits?
We'll notify you before you hit limits and recommend the next tier. Overages are handled transparently — no surprise bills.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Contact us for annual pricing — typically 10–15% off monthly rates for committed contracts.
